Refund policy

We hope that you love your new Didosh jewellery as much as we do! However, we understand that sometimes it’s necessary to return or exchange an item you have purchased for a number of reasons.

Returns information

We offer exchanges, or returns for store credit, for any unworn, unopened items within the first 14 days of receipt. Return requests made after this time cannot be considered.

No cash refunds can be offered. Discounted/sale items are ineligible for return.

Returns process

To log a refund or exchange request, please contact info@didoshjewellery.com with your order number, reason for return, and confirmation that the item is unworn and within its original packaging.

All return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer, as is ensuring the product is packaged safely to prevent damage during transit.

All credit refunds will be issued within 7 days of receiving the returned product.
